How to Save Money Beauty Tip Tint Your Eyebrows

health tipsHere's a beauty tip that will save you money. As a business professional, I've spent up to $75.00 per appointment to have my eyebrows tinted. In today's economy, that's a waste of money. By tinting your own eyebrows, you can look just as beautiful and use your savings toward other important items.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Locate the nearest beauty supply store in your area or search the internet for the eye brow tinting kit. I use Roux, Lash & Brow Tint. You have two choices for the kit sizes. I'd suggest purchasing the single application kit for your first application. The cost will be around $6.99 USD. Later you can save money by purchasing the 40 applications kit for about $36.00. This kit will last you a year!

Find a well lit room with plenty of table space to place your tinting kit items. Ensure you have a mirror, cotton balls & q-tips (ensure the q-tips have the pointed tip).

Office Clothing Tips for Women

But the simplicity and elegance you can display using traditional office looks will help you to gain respect at your job and keep you looking your best.

Celebrity Wedding Beauty Tips

Just about every bride wants to feel like a princess on her wedding day but most would probably settle for at least looking like a celebrity. Without a personal hairdresser, makeup artist and dermatologist at your beck-and-call 24/7, you might think that's an impossibility. However, take a few tips from other celebrity weddings, red-carpet events or the celebrities' stylists to create your perfect celebrity wedding-day beauty look.

Glowing Skin
One of the key components to looking like a celebrity bride is having radiant, glowing skin. If you can't make it to the dermatologist for professional microdermabrasion sessions, try to incorporate a healthy skin regimen well before the big day. Cleanser, toner, moisturizer, a weekly mask and a nighttime serum will do wonders for preparing your skin for the big event.

If you wake up with puffy eyes on your wedding day, try an easy and quick fix of splashing your face with ice-cold water and placing cold cucumber slices on your eyelids for a few minutes. Or you can take a tip from makeup artists and use a calming eye gel.
Glamorous makeup is a must for celebrity weddings, but it doesn't always mean dramatic. If you prefer a natural glow, use a cotton swab to apply some light-colored shimmer to your cheekbones, and finish by blending a skin-flattering blush color onto your cheeks.

False lashes are a common celebrity trick for sexy eyes on the red carpet. While they can certainly add some va-va-voom to a wedding-day face, they're not your only option for gorgeous eyes. For perfect mascara application, add a layer of translucent powder to your lashes in between two coats of mascara. Even if you're going for a natural face, remember that cameras will be flashing at the event. It's better to have a little extra oomph than to look washed out.

How to Make Skin Care Beauty Products

With the rising cost of fuel prices, more and more people are looking for ways to cut costs in other areas. One possibility for saving a bit of money is by making your own skin care products from items that are traditionally found in the home.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You'll Need:
Herbs like mint, rosemary and lavender
Old pair of pantyhose or netting
Bath and shower gel
Coffee grounds
Sugar (white or brown)
Vitamins A, B or E
Fruit (peach, strawberry, banana or cantaloupe)
Heavy whipping cream
Olive oil
Net ball or loofah
Bathe in mixture of water and milk to give your skin a wonderful porcelain look. If you want to also give it a kick start of rejuvenation, use buttermilk rather than plain milk. Pour 1 qt. of your chosen milk variety into a tub. Fill the tub about one-quarter full of hot water. Get in and relax as the milk soothes and invigorates your skin.
Add natural herbs like mint, rosemary or lavender to your bath water, or grind them up and put them into your favorite bath and shower gel. To prevent the herbs from stopping up the tub, tie them inside a net cloth, or put them in the foot part of an old pair of pantyhose and tie off the end. Toss the ball into the hot water as the tub is filling for a wonderfully soothing and great-smelling aromatherapy bath.

How to be a Boho Beauty

health tipsMimic Tarzan's Jane and be a Wild Thing freshly emerged from the jungle with simple, natural hair and make-up like a true Boho Beauty. Paired with crushed velvet tier skirts, luxurious boots, and flowing tunics, this low-maintenance look can be truly stunning. All it takes is the right color palette and the understanding that less is more. Read on for some tantalizing tips:

Difficulty: Easy

Things You'll Need:
Simple make-up
Lush hair
Earth Mama clothing
Eyes: Browns, beiges, wines, and berries are the best shades for eye shadow. Eyeliner should either be brown or charcoal gray, rather than black, which is too harsh for the low-maintenance air day look that being a Boho Beauty requires. Black eyeliner is only appropriate for night when more dramatic Gypsy eyes can add flair to any outfit. Mascara should be either brown or black for day---but navy and violet are great special occasion alternatives. Keep brows groomed, but obsessive plucking is unnecessary. Opt for brow gel instead of too clean-cut plucking.
Lips: Shop for nude colors for day and elegant wines for night. Buy beiges, burgundies, and subtle pinks. Tinted lip balm, smooth lipsticks, and shimmery or shiny lip glosses are the only lip products you need; petroleum jelly alone can be lovely if properly applied because it dually moisturizes and add shine. Avoid using lip liner because it makes the lips seem too stiff and defined. If you want to give the impression of plump lips, finish off your lip color with clear lipgloss. For parties, play up eyes, but minimize lips, leaving them in nude beiges or pinks.

Homemade Permanent Makeup Beauty Secrets
